Who I Am & How To Help
Hello, I'm Athena and this is my attempt to get an education. I was in school before but had to drop out for financial reasons. Unfortunately, the money I had saved wasn't enough. I could only get a few loans and the scholarships I got were few and far between. I'm going at it again and I'm asking you, faithful, generous reader, to help me get there. In addition to the job that I'm working, money generated from my blog and online will go to a savings account for when I start school next year. There are 3 very simple, very quick ways to help me and none of them take more than a few minutes or cost anything to you.
1. Click the ads. Annoying or ugly as they might be, when you click the ads on my blog you help provide me with money for school. It takes seconds to just click one but it has a profound effect for me.
2. Read my writing. Triond is a website that let's you write and publish your articles/essays/poems/etc. You also get paid for views. Check out an article or two. I do put effort into what I write and do try to earn your viewership. If there's something the really strikes you, feel free to comment on it, share it, or even stumble it. Again, this is all completely free to you and helps me go to school.
3. Be my referral. I'm well aware that this one is a stretch. Registering under my referral for Points2Shop earns me $1. It's free and all you need is an email. You can earn credits to spend on gift cards and Amazon.com but if you just register and confirm your email that's fine by me. Every dollar helps and when those dollars are put into a savings account they earn interest. You're never spammed with emails so if you sign up and never visit again you won't be bothered. Aren't those few minutes signing up worth it if they help someone get an education?
Please, I implore of you, think about the value of an education and if it means even a few seconds of your time, do something.
Thank you,
Athena
